Delete my account
This page fulfils Google Play's requirement to offer account deletion at a public URL.
This action is reversible for 30 days. Your personal data is anonymised immediately, your account is permanently deleted 30 days after the request, and you can cancel the deletion at any time before that deadline by signing back in.
How deletion works at Le Grand Prono des Supporters
- Sign in to the app or website and open Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. Your personal information (name, email, phone, photo) is anonymised on the spot and your sessions are revoked.
- 30-day grace window. Your account remains in a recoverable state. You can cancel the deletion by signing back in with your original email and password before the deadline.
- Permanent deletion. After 30 days, your account row and every piece of data attached to it (reviews, favorites, push tokens) is irreversibly erased from our live systems, and encrypted backups are purged within 90 days. A minimal record may be kept only where the law requires it.
If you cannot sign in, email us at contact@le-grand-prono-des-supporters.com and we will process your deletion within 30 days.
